Let ClubRLC arrange your next party! We remove all the hassle from event planning by securing you a DJ, Host/ess, and venue, PLUS we'll broadcast your party LIVE on our station and ALL ClubRLC Profile Streamers!

ClubRLC EVENTS is a service that takes your party to the next level by broadcasting your event LIVE throughout RLC and Virtual Vancouver on all of our affiliated DJs, Staff, and Members' Profile streams! One station, one stream, on the air EVERYwhere!

- We provide all the same services as the RLC Events team, and are in constant contact with them. We'll get your event the attention and promotion it deserves!
- You get the added publicity that comes with the ClubRLC Brand Name.
- Your event will be broadcast LIVE not just by the DJ on-site, but on EVERY ClubRLC affiliated streamer throughout RLC and Virtual Vancouver, and on dozens of individual profile players in the ClubRLC Network!
- RLC's 20-ray "DJ charge" is included in your booking! No hidden extras.
- Placement on the official RLC Calendar, GUARANTEEING you the time and venue for your event EXCLUSIVELY.
- A BILLBOARD in either the RLC or VV main square! (If space available)
- POSTING in the In-World Events Forum
- YES, you can request DJ's from other DJ services! We will secure them for you if they are available. Note however that non-ClubRLC DJ's will mean your event will not be carried on the ClubRLC Streamer network.

- Submit your event using the simple form below at least ONE WEEK prior to event date.
- You will receive an invoice via RLC mail.
- Upon receipt of payment, we will make all the arrangements to get your event scheduled and staffed!
- Kick back, relax, and enjoy your time in RLC/VV without worrying about your event!

In order to cover the costs of providing ClubRLC.com on such a wide scale, it is unfortunately necessary for us to charge a small fee for this service. However, you can pay for your ClubRLC EVENT using RLC "Rays" with no cash out of pocket! Or if you prefer, we gladly accept PayPal! Our ClubRLC EVENTS rates are as follows:

NOTE: Some privately owned venues within RLC and VV may carry additional venue charges. These will be noted when you make your request below. ALL WEDDINGS MUST BE BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH RLC !! (ClubRLC DJs are available for weddings, just request us!)

CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% REFUND if cancelled more than 7 days before event date. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 7 days before event date!
